The election is T- one month away and our Michelle Corfield campaign shirts have hit the streets. Folks from Vancouver Island to Quebec are making them their own and showing support for #TeamMichelle.

To create our one of a kind Michelle Corfield portrait, adBURPtising teamed up with visual artist Tayt Modern (Chris Tait) who hand-painted Michelle using brushes instead of stencils, being inspired by the global Street Art movement. Chris “recognized the opportunity to use traditional methods while reflecting modern works - a reflection of the need for diversity in politics.”

Dr. Corfield is a fierce leader who makes things happen for her community on Vancouver Island, and for Canadian First Nations, by creating Indigenous programs such as SFU’s Executive MBA in Indigenous Business & Leadership and serving as Chair of the Legislative Council of the Ucluelet First Nation. “The whole team is excited to have such an inspiring candidate to get behind, and we wanted to create campaign shirts that folks would actually enjoy wearing “ said adBURPtising founder Jane Friedmann.

Follow the campaign @MiCorfield and Corfield.ca and on October 21st don’t forget to vote!
